ATT - Worst service ever! How do they get away with this?

I switched my wireless plan to their newer unlimited and more premium to get WatchTV and HBO. I have never once been able to use either as their app doesn’t work. I keep being told they are working on it and they will elevate my complaints. But nothing ever happens. I’m ready to quit them after 15 years. I don’t understand why they think it’s ok. Now I can’t switch back to my previous plan. They advertise and sell a product they know is not functional.

Care has an email address to their call back team. If the in-home agent isn’t responding then I suggest you call and request it be sent off. If not the customer service agents will be unable to help since they can’t handle in-home local service over the phone at a National or International call center.

The matter is NOT Resolved. I just typed out a rather lengthy up-date and it just mysteriously disappeared and this site keeps trying to say it is resolved. I will try again later, but no, as much as the slick people at ATT want it to disappear, it is not resolved.

In my situation involving AT&T and SunTrust Bank it was finally determined(with a lot of time spent) that AT&T was the culprit all along. After my sending a letter to the AT&T Presidents office I was contacted by one of the employees to apparently be assured that it was all my fault and there was nothing to be done about the fact that I have lost $20,000 paying for some ridiculous phone plan that I never signed up for.

If AT&T could show me that I did indeed authorize the monthly deduction I suppose the matter would be settled. They didn't. They also said I should have contacted them sooner. I did attempt to contact them several times to no avail.

Pardon me for having a stroke and being found disabled by the Social Security Administration during these years. I really did not realize this problem was still going on! Un-limited long distance?? I don't remember the last time I called long distance and would have no use for such a plan.

Anyway, the matter is not resolved. I primarily want to say that SunTrust was not at fault, indeed they were very helpful in the investigation of the situation.

I lost nearly $700.00. They waste your time and ask more and more codes though I have them all They delayed my request to disconnect direct tv and phone.

It rolled over to the amount after contact ended and for last 3 months I am charged nearly $250.00 a month, double.

I have not had service for a month and 1/2 so why the bills even for that? Said they would send a return package for ups and never did.

Every international call i dial without answering, at&t bill me .26 This is not fare. They steal me when nobody answer the phone. I try to talk with a supervisor and not help me. I'm looking for a better company than at&t. I not recomend at&t for international prepaid calls...!!!
