DISHONEST. Went to AT&T Store Scottsdale AZ Fashion Mall. Told upgrading plan with free phone but salesman, aka a crook, submitted installment sales contract to company. I did not sign it, and both AT&T and store ignore requests to provide copy of signed contract. Manager at store, Nick, biggest liar of them all. Not going to pay - good luck getting phone back.

We called AT&T back in August to change a phone plan and they canceled our insurance without consent. My phone was stolen this weekend and there's nothing they can do. Im out $600 for a phone that I no longer have. Screw them!

Over Charged repeatedly, ATT kept promising to adjust bill, then didn't. When I went to upgrade my phone they were going to force me into a less favorable plan. When I left they charged me for leaving (and still hadn't credited my monies owed). Talk about forcing my hand... They lost a customer of almost 20 years!

There company is not good with problems you talk to different people and it ends up worse than where you starte c.f. the people dont read there notes and want to brush ot off or sell you a different plan or double talk amd rip you off
