Today 29 April 2018 - I walked in to purchase a new phone and possible two tablets - and the sales girl was rude and didn’t give me the time of day! I have purchased at least 6-8 phones at this location and I have had ATT service for over 20 years! I am going to Verizon for the first time- and looking at Samsung’s now! I am so disappointed and pissed - so I’m taking my money somewhere else! Bye Bye ATT

i took my family to att on 91 boston post rd westnhaven/orange ct today. was so pissed at the way my family was handled. my sister ordered a phone online and selected to pick up phone in store which left the sale in pending status. first of all he told her to go home to get the order number because she was unable to find it. luckily I was there and realized that her confirmation more than likely went to spam folder so I found went back in store this salesman was so greedy for the sale he made up an excuse that the order didn't completely finish (which it didn't because it was suppose to be completed in store. I knew he was SCHEMING because he kept going back in forth to the manager took 3hrs to process this order he tried to play her by telling her he was going to waive the 300.oo down payment got her all excited then came back and said (after talking to the manger again) that she needed to pay 30% of the cost of phoneplus sales tax that was the same price she had to make from purchasing the phone online he saw how naïve she was and how excited she was to get the phone and I feel like he took advantage of her HIT HER CREDIT REPORT AGAIN AFTER YOU GUYS HAD ALREADY DONE SO WITH THE ONLINE ORDER. I asked him does he get commission (which I already knew because ii do commission base work too) and tried to say everything bit what I asked him. I feel like they him and his manager took advantage of her wasted valuable time and lied to us by saying the order had to be cancelled because he wanted the SELL! so sad what gullible consumers have to suffer through for the almighty dollar. he cancelled that order that didn't even need to be cancelled he also knew that they didn't take the money because the order was to be completed at time of pick up. teach your sales people some morals and stop victimizing US FOR A SALE!

ATT - Harassment

We have Birch Comm for our business and have for the past 12 years. Over the past few weeks we have received phone calls from AT&T and each time we tell them DO NOT CALL, REMOVE US FROM CALL LIST, WE ARE NOT INTERESTED. Of course today we receive a call from a sarcastic male who actually told me that they own this line and can call us. Then proceeded to tell me that he guess we just wanted to pay more through Birch than switching to AT&T. Then he threw out a few more unprofessional comments and ended the conversation with "well I guess it's your money."

Details
Went into ATT in Cullman Alabama and upgraded my phone. Got an iPad for 99.00 and an Apple Watch for my wife for Mother's Day. I specifically told the salesman "Mark" that I didn't want any gold. Well I got sold a gold one. Salesman didn't show me the watch before leaving the store and yes I didn't bother to look at the box either. Any way, my issues were fixed and I was pleased. However, I will avoid Mark next time.

Details
Have a basic tv setup with att so I could get a better deal on my internet. I did not want the tv service but my internet service would cost more with out it. Now I have a no soliciting sign on my front door and who should show up but someone from att. I told this kid I have a no soliciting sign and he he ask me if I have att ,so I tell him I do and he starts telling about faster internet. I finally tell him I am busy and shut the door. If this happens again I it will not be pretty a n d I will take my business elsewhere. Att does suck.
