Most of our problems are fixed but we still do not have Caller ID installed as far as we can tell and our 800 number has been hijacked - AT&T is not responsible for the 800 number problem apparently. They have made all but one of the changed we sought.

AT&T is billing us for a number we do not have. We moved to a new home four blocks where we had lived for 20 years and had two phone numbers at our former residence. It took over two weeks for AT&T to send a technician to get our phone numbers transferred to our new home located in Pine Mountain Club, CA 93222. The technician made a mistake and assigned a number to us. We did not ask for or want this number. We called and the technician came back and transferred our former numbers to this residence. I have called AT&T three times about stop charging us for this unordered number. We do not use that number – we have given it to anyone. But AT&T won’t stop billing us for it.

April Came And Payment Was Rejected By The Bank.... An ATT Supervisor Named Abraham Told Me I WOULD Still Be Charged A Reconnect Fee Even Though My 93 Year Old Mother Had Passed Away I Called Back Again And Was Connected To An ACTIVE LISTENER FRANCISCO Today I Payed The Bill Due For April And He Has Submitted A Request For The Reconnection Fee To Be Waived Will See What Happens ⁉

And the last person I talked to said it could be up to 7 days before problem can be fixed. Instead of laying off call centers and shipping calls out of the country because wages are cheaper, reinstate all those people because they have the experience needed and can be understood over the phone...

ATT - The worse experience ever - with any phone company I have had in all my years!!!!!

I have had my AT&T land line for 30 years #310 338 1177 - I also have Consurmer Cell - Consumer cell had a promotion to connect my landline with my cell phone - I decided I didn't want to give up my landline so I cancelled the connection of my landline from Consumer Cell immediately - NOW i have been on the phone for hours and hours with AT&T and nothing has been done.....I even spoke to the 3rd party to be sure my phone was ready to go - and a work order (as I was told) was in place for my WIN BACK # 310-338-1177- I STILL DON'T HAVE A DIAL TONE - THIS WAS PROMISED TO ME TWICE 12/13 & TODAY 12/15 - now, they say I have to have a repair man contact me to connect the line - WELL, I WORK FOR A LIVING and am not at home - how on earth does this company function - sooooo many departments and so much bunk it is mind blowing..all I want is my old phone #back in service (which was never used by Consumer Cell and was released by them to AT&T) JUST GIVE ME SERVICE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.....---- HOW MUCH MORE DO YOU NEED BESIDES BLOOD FROM ME...

ATT in Long Beach, California - At&t store reps need to go back to cell 101

Went my local at&t retailers to be sure that all data would safely transferred from my Samsung note 4 to a new a new Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. The rep said that the photos couldn't be transferred without the sim card from the note 4, which was sent back prior to going in. I was told to call Ebay and have the sim card sent back. Quite a challenge since the seller wouldn't answer any calls or emails after I received the new Note 4 to inform them that their new Note 4 wouldn't hold a charge. I was initially informed by at&t that I didn't need to have the Note 4 with me when I received the new Galaxy. Obviously very frustrating at the at&t rep I called for not explaining that I needed the original sim card.......I grudgingly called Ebay to get my sim card sent back. I knew my request would bomb out but what choice did I have. I couldn't lose all those invaluable photos. Later in the day I went to the Google app and wala....there were my photos. A quick investigation proved that it's basic with all new phones that photos are always stored with Google if you have a Google account. Maybe my experience can save valuable time for many reading this.
