Tried your tracking to see when i should receive mail to claim my card but have not received. Waited 30 minutes on hold at your 800 number with no human person answering the phone. No problem with at&t taking auto pay but cant get a person to answer my questions on where is my rewards card is at for claiming

After 15 minutes of attempting to load the page that shows available ticket options, I finally got to the point where options began to appear... One of the options was Disneyland tickets, so I clicked it. A claim page loaded and a blue "submit" button appeared. Right...

False quotes on service. Find underhanded ways to steal money. Channel selection is not great and they will suck you dry is you sign up for auto pay. This company needs to be shut down. I can't wait until my contract is over. Scam artist at their finest.

My Contract expired with ATT and Direct TV and they wanted to increase my monthly bill, so i did not have a service for a month and i have been calling them since try to get a new package deal, so finally they came up with one, and i was told there will not be contract involved, but when i got the new package 2 weeks later i found out there is contract, so i said no way JOSE, i cancelled it. now they are trying to collect $826.00 for service that was cancelled 2 months ago (but they saying it was not cancelled) and early termination fee. i have been in touch with them for 2 to 3 months every day of the week. they keep bouncing me around like a beach Ball. Keep telling me we will give you adjustment and send you your final bill, but instead of getting lower its gettin hugeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

ATT - It's not just poor service and constant prices increases

Those things we all know about. I can't imagine why AT&T was allowed to put itself back together. They have eliminated two parts of their "service" without justification. You will notice that movies made after 2015 or so no longer have star ratings or Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB ratings. So .... AT&T was able to fire perhaps one person? I guess any profit, no matter how small, is a great thing for AT&T. This one is worse: Do you use the series manager in your Genie DVR? Do you want to record only first-run shows in a series rather than every show ever made in that series? I don't know about you, but I have a limited amount of free hard drive space. I only want to record first-run shows. Take "Cops", for example. I have marked it to record ONLY first-run shows, but my Genie DVR records ALL of them. I'm going to have to eliminate that series entirely. Was AT&T able to fire one more person by eliminating the date first shown information and ignoring my first-run instructions? Last week brought us a whole new set of AT&T rules and regulations, all of them in AT&T's favor. With the current Federal administration, I guess we can look forward to rate increases at an even more accelerated rate. My antenna is mis-aimed; AT&T won't do anything about it, although their contractor installed it. When it rain, even an insignificant rain, I have to change my recordings for that day to the non-HD channels at 101 degrees. Add the frustrations of the "wonders" of digital TV (constant pixelation and breakups) to the astounding greed of the AT&T monopoly - now with government approval - and we might have to go back to reading!

ATT - AT&T HOLDING ME RANSOM

Was unhappy with a direct Tv service and 150 infomercial Chanel's Contacted them by phone. Impossible to understand heavy Indian accent obviously not US based. Was told I need to send my box in to disconnect which I did. Now I receive a bill for $400 for a disconnect fee which I was never advised of on phone Contacted customer service via chat and they bailed out on the chat 1/2 way through it. If they were confident in thier products and services why don't they let you leave without paying a ransom fee?

ATT - NFL ticket not wanted

Contacted AT&T as of 7/3/17 talked to Richard Customer service to take of the NFL ticked charge of $$49.89, he said it would be taken off of my account, it hasn't been, and is is still charged to my account. Mu account #153665074-1 Donald B. Harvey As of 8/16/17 went to the AT&T store at 1919 Taylor St. Ho. Tx. 77007 The contacted service office, and said it would be taken care of, it will take 10 days. as of 8/16/17 I paid on line $49.89, which your service rep. said to pay and it will be taken off my bill. Now I am receiving a notice invoice for $297.85, I will pay my regular bill when due, of $188. 76. Please take note, there is no way you can call to talk to anyone and get any satisfaction with your customer Service. Donald Harvey

How do you get a class action lawsuit started. They have used my auto pay for someone's bill in Texas.

They told me they had redeposited the money back into my account, and lied about putting my money back into my checking account.

I told them to stop my auto pay, they told me they stopped the auto pay, and it is still being used by the customer in Texas. There should be recourse for them stealing from your checking account.

I asked for a package that included 340,572 i was given a locked in price that i agreed on. Come to find out the programs were not included, I called and the said the would fix it now they are billing me for up grades and an increase in my bill that i cant afford, they will not work with me to fix the problem. ATT customer service is very rude, they lied to me to sign a contract then what i thought i was getting was not what i received. I explained from the begining i could not go over 120 mo fixed income. now I am so mad and cant get anny help from ATT because they dont care about people or there word. ATT will lie to you to make a buck. i will never use ATT services again, and i will tell everyone i know about them
