ATT - Not getting what i payed for.
I no longer can record or watch 4 hd channels at the same time. I have the larger advanced total home dvr and have been streaming 4 hd for the last 3 years. What happened. Now att says i only get 3 hd and 1 sd. My planhas not changed.

I hate!!!!ATT,They over charge me for my cell phone services and my direct tv services then want you to pay the full amount only to get your credits in two billing cycles...They are scam artists and I will never advise anyone to get att nor will I ever be a customer again!!!RIDICULOUS

We have been ATT customers for over 6 months and have had continuing issues with our TV freezing. They have made several service calls but nothing has helped. They promise to credit our bill but never do. Never thought I would say this but we want Time Warner back! Worst customer service ever! Have even been put on hold until the office closed!!!
