I called and got service with At&t and Chris (an American, finally) and he told me the service I ordered would be $138.99 per month and when I got the email, it showed $209.73 for the first bill then $216 after that.I spend an average of 2-3 hours per month on the phone with them fighting over the bill. several weeks ago my husband and I got a knock at our door - a salesman selling an ATT Uverse bundle. we were told there would be no digging in our yard for cables and our "only cost" would be about $20 to change the service, which would reduce our phone/cable/internet bill by half. ATT accepted my mobile # cancellation during a phone call in August 2016. Effective 10/10/2016 the service is still active and billing me. I placed another call in September to cancel service. I forgot to mention that they credit you a measly $5 dollars a day to cover the time you've spent waiting for nobody to show, the level of frustration and stress they cause you because you get nowhere with any agent or supervisor except more choreographed apologies, and the loss of money you get because you can not work from home with no internet service!!! AT&T store sold me a bundled plan with mobile and u verse tv. After sometimes we get two separate bills from both and that does not correspond to the deal I was given. The cut the connection and I have tried talking to the store they don't help. It sucks check out carefully with their bundling plan. It can be a hoax. Think twice before using AT&T

I have been with out Internet, tv, and phone for about 8 hours now. Nobody knows how long this may go on?! I run a business out of my home, without internet I can't take or fill orders. I don't know exactly how much money I've lost but I can't afford to lose any!!! I have never been without service this long with any other provider, this is crazy! I think att owes me money for my losses.

Direct tv and at&t uverse *** me in the *** dry *** style, the saleskank told me it would be 68 a month for the combo with free installation after 2 months my bill is already over 165 dollars a month for basic cable for one tv and slow Internet wich they also lied about the speed ,these people will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you signed up .
