AT&T store sold me a bundled plan with mobile and u verse tv. After sometimes we get two separate bills from both and that does not correspond to the deal I was given. The cut the connection and I have tried talking to the store they don't help. It sucks check out carefully with their bundling plan. It can be a hoax. Think twice before using AT&T

I have been with out Internet, tv, and phone for about 8 hours now. Nobody knows how long this may go on?! I run a business out of my home, without internet I can't take or fill orders. I don't know exactly how much money I've lost but I can't afford to lose any!!! I have never been without service this long with any other provider, this is crazy! I think att owes me money for my losses.

I have been trying to understand my payments for my uverse for November.The answers I got can't be correct. I put my uverse on vacation effective dec 1 2016. I paid a bill in the amount of 241.61 on 11 3 and 276.80 on 11 28 and 100 on 12 3. My uvetse went on vacation on dec 1.
