been stuck with AT T *** service for months now.service cuts out up to 10 times inside a 15 min. period, at least 2 to 4 times a day, every day. This service is soooooo unreliable. they have changed the modem, the outside connection to house. and its still f--ked up.really sad part is, none of the internet companies are any better. I ordered the pkg deal with home phone, internet and Uverse for $89.99 a month.I was supposed to get DirectTV and a free cable box, but got neither. When AT&T initially purchased DirectTV i signed up for Uverse+DirectTV for 1 year and was informed multiple times that it would only be for 1 year. The customer service rep played the disclaimer for me and even after it was finished the rep said "I know the disclaimer said for 2 years but i want to assure you it is only a 1 year contract." Sending salesman to doors to tell us everyone unhappy with uverse and evidentially will have to switch.Very happy with my uverse.
