I forgot to mention that they credit you a measly $5 dollars a day to cover the time you've spent waiting for nobody to show, the level of frustration and stress they cause you because you get nowhere with any agent or supervisor except more choreographed apologies, and the loss of money you get because you can not work from home with no internet service!!! I have been with out Internet, tv, and phone for about 8 hours now. Nobody knows how long this may go on?! I run a business out of my home, without internet I can't take or fill orders. I don't know exactly how much money I've lost but I can't afford to lose any!!! I have never been without service this long with any other provider, this is crazy! I think att owes me money for my losses.

Direct tv and at&t uverse *** me in the *** dry *** style, the saleskank told me it would be 68 a month for the combo with free installation after 2 months my bill is already over 165 dollars a month for basic cable for one tv and slow Internet wich they also lied about the speed ,these people will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you signed up .
