I have been trying to understand my payments for my uverse for November. The answers I got can't be correct.

I put my uverse on vacation effective dec 1 2016. I paid a bill in the amount of 241.61 on 11 3 and 276.80 on 11 28 and 100 on 12 3. My uvetse went on vacation on dec 1. If the bill is always paid in advance and I'm on vacation for the month of dec then how do I only have a 100 credit.

The reps are great with their answers but they don't add up. I also lost my bundle rate because I put my uverse on vacation. Why offer vacation hold if there is a penalty for using it. I have been with uverse for many years but this is the last straw.
