I sent ATT a payment of $160.00 always I have paid and they made an electronic error of $60.00 and the nightmare ensued .As I had a copy of the check I sent to them.The bank said unlike us they shred the check.Yhe bank holds the check a while copies it and has good bookkeeping but Att tells you tou have to send more money even with proof and my copy of the check.They cut off service..unreal..It is their responsibility to keep records and take care of their error.I live in Florida and due to weather the service cuts off frequently and unlike FPL who never charges in an outage, Att does and one has to call for a credit...lets take a million people(alot more in a hurricane) $5.00 a day is the fee and most work and dont know, $5.00 x1000000 =$5000000 million in there poket for bad weather and their error done over and over again.I am retired and home alot so i know the outages,most dont multiply that times average 40 outages in bad weather and it is a fortune...multiply that times 50 states weather related and it is a fortune in their Pockets! and the bill is always different.All people i do business with I do automatic bill pay as i trust them,not ATT.Get the picture.I got majic Jack...the new one is fabulous and no problems at all
