WE HAVE HAD OUR INTERNET GO DOWN 4 TIMES IN 3 MONTHS FOR DAYS AT A TIME.WE CALL THEY SEND A TECH AFTER WE FIGHT WITH THEM REGARDING THE TURN AROUND TIME.

TECH COMES OUT FINDS ITS AN ATT ISSUE, RESOLVES THE ISSUE AND WE HAVE IT GO DOWN AGAIN IN A WEEK, A COUPLE DAYS AND THIS TIME LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER. I AM NOW ON HOLD WITH ATT TO AGAIN FIGHT WITH THEM AS TO WHEN WE CAN GET A TECH TO OUR HOUSE.

BETWEEN MY MOBILE AND MY HOME WE SPEND OVER $500.00 AND NOW MY MOBILE SERVICE IS BEING CHARGED BECAUSE OF THE OVERAGES DUE TO LACK OF WIFI THIS IS THEIR PREMIER SERVICE!THANKS ATT

I liked: Techs they send, Hanging up the phone with them.

I didn't like: Product the reliability the bait and switch, Wont fix your services.
