Yeah they will give you the excuse that you didn't qualify after they send you the phones and have to talk to 500 people about your outrageous bill. At&t wireless are just a bunch of LIERS. There is a special place for people like them and they don't serve ice tea...

I am having a huge issue . They sent me a phone I could not activate .

So new phone sent out . I returned the phone , received April 19 yet still charged me for not returning . All we have gotten is out sourced call centers and run around . They lie I mean bold face lie .

Told me would be fixed This past Friday then not fixed then today by five still a grand in my bill . I have the email they sent too that my phone received . People need to be fired how bad this has been . I say do not use att .

When a problem happens they refuse to fix it even with proof . They just lie and lie . It is crazy . Seems we all may need to hit our local newspapers and fcc because they refuse to help .

Now the issue is we could loose service due to their error .

My kid is out applying for positions and now due to incompetence I have to worry over this . They are parrots nothing more

Was told ATT&t social media will give me a call after we wrote on twitter . She did call and spoke to my son who told her I had all the info and to please call me .

Her name was Christine and I missed her call and called her back and left a message . Called again same...

I too have a $650 loss with at&t because of their prepared procedurall lying. What they are doing is petty theft by conversion, amounts not large enough, usually under $1000 to be taken to court over.

But, enough to create a lasting bad experience with and change carriers.

Loyal customers are appalled by the treatment of this company to its not valued customers. Lessons can be learned from them at our expense and hope we can chose a new provider that will value our loyalty.

So we signed up with AT&T Wireless for a new line. We asked the rep about international calling and she assured us it would not be a problem. Conveniently, the rep does not setup the service - upon calling their sub-par customer service reps we are told there is a 3 month moratorium on calls (before international calling can be activated) as a risk management measure... BUT if we secure the 10G plan then magically the moratorium and risk management measure would no longer apply...! ??? What? Really? This is the a-typical switch and bait -- and told them so but of course they denied it and attempted to explain it away through corporate jargon... So... Buyer be ware - if you require international calling on your wireless plan, you are better off with T-Mobile or Verizon... Or play along with AT&T and their switch and bait plans where they play the ignorance card and force you into plans that you do not need... Unfortunate...
