AT&T has gotten worse over the past years and WILL be transitioning to another wireless provider... I contacted AT&T regarding two partial payments for past due balance..

I was instructed by the AT&T representative to make partial payment in store AND call back, after payment made to schedule balance.. I just had major surgery and was instructed NOT to drive... but in order to keep services from interruptions, I drove to the AT&T office to make payment...

called AT&T back AS instructed only to be told that would not suffice... I will not let this incident pass as my health has NOW BE EFFECTED...
