We hooked up with Att Direct TV Bundle Package dill.They told us how much better they where than our current service.
Not only they gave us a lot of problems, I had to hook up my own stuff and then AT&T over charged us way more than we was told. And when I would call to try and get it fixed they could not help me. They couldn't find my account, or they transferred me to another person. One lady hung-up on me.
Or they would give me another number to call. In 2 mounts I bit I was on the phone for at least 8 to 10 hrs. with customer serv. people.
I no longer have there services. the worst par is, its not over. I'm not paying for the extra money they trying to charge me for.
So now they throw in collections.Then the fight will be on...
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
