I have been a DIRECTV customers for YEARS (20+) and LOVE them, however with the ATT's acquisition, the quality of service, technical support and customer service have all decreased or non-existent. NO CHOICE but to Cancel as AT&T doesn't value my business, all excuses!. Sad but TURE

I have at&t internet, cellphone and house phone.. Why is this so expensive?? I have a cellphone and so does my mom and the payments are brutal. I have decided to get rid of At&t internet and will get rid of the phones and do pay as you go.. It should not have to cost you 500.00 for internet and cellphone . outrageous and they are getting away with it.

Ever since a year ago whenever i call for help with my tech issues, they can't even remote into my phone even connected with spectrum's wifi and my mobile data and why is thar? I tried to turn flash off of my Note 8 and don't know how. I don't have time to waste calling tech support, as it's a gamble. I been with same carrier 40 years as ised to be Honolulu Cellular, and At&t bought um out. Became Cingular then back to the new AT&T. I am too fed up to be looking for another carrier But I am open for a good tip. Not T Mobile, as only one may be Verizon? Thanks

INTERNET.... I would do better with a tin can and some string! Constantly drops wifi signal and I mean constantly! I have to reboot internet and the computer... They also charge way too much money! Apparently I am putting some Shareholders child through college! I will be getting rid of them and will be signing up with another internet service.. I also dodged a bullet.. I was thinking about getting Universal.. and see that they are having issues with missing channels and nobody is helping out consumers.

It all started when they contacted me to set up service-- i listened to their talk all BS by the way --- they trick you into saying they need your ino before they can tell you your great deal they are going to give you thinking it was AT@T a legit company-------NEVER NEVER I MEAN NEVER give them info the set up a phony acct never came out never wanted them to i dont have thier equit. nor did they have my permission I've spent over 6mo tryng to tell them with their extensive hold times transfers to no where THEY ARE SCAMMERS now they put me in collections for 60.00! IM still fighting it and filling fraud report against them.

I foolishly decided to order a t & t about 2 months ago. The tech came out to install land line phone service. I changed my mind about the phone because it could only be used downstairs. So, I asked the tech to forget my order, so he left without installing phone. Since then, a t & t has stolen hundreds of dollars out of my account. They have also been harassing me with about two mail pieces a day. In letters, a t & t threatened to come and take away my phone device (?????). I have never had a late bill in my life and now they've sent me to collections. One bill collector has already called my roommate today and harassed home. I am at my wits end. No matter how many times I call, nobody can understand that I do NOT have a t & t now or never had ( or will!!!!!!) have a t & t. Now my credit will be ruined. All I can say (to sum it up) is: A T & T SUCKS AND ARE CROOKS !!! Do NOT order their services!!! Run like ***!!! Susan Trakas San Pedro, ca

ATT in Los Angeles, California - Poor Services - Stay Away!

I have the bundle package with AT&T (internet, cable, phone). Every night my internet connection goes out which makes my phone service go out which makes my home security system falsely go off. The only way to turn off the system is to have it disconnected then I would have to pay to have it reconnected. While watching TV my cable has fuzz on the screen and goes out periodically. The phone will disconnect in the middle of a conversation and then you can't get a live line for several hours. So frustrating. I have called several times to tech support. They are NO help! They have replaced every single part inside and outside the house and service still does not work. The technician refuses to take the old parts and says I have to go to the UPS store to mail them back or I will be charged up to $300+. AT&T refuses to give me a refund even though I have not had any service for couple of months. When they finally agreed to give me a small credit, it was never applied to my account and now I am having to fight to get that credit. I just cancelled my service and am going with another company. My recommendation is stay away! They will lure you in with a low price and then jack it up immediately. Plus the services doesn't work so you are basically handing AT&T a lot of money for nothing and when you call to get things fixed they could careless and make it inconvenient for you when they do finally decide to send an incompetent technician to your home. Extremely sad that AT&T would treat a long term customer in this manner!

a telephone pole on our block burned, the whole block has been out of service. Each time I call the 800 number, I'm outsourced to some random country where the agents, Ma'am - so sorry - and state your name back to you to death, and practically read off of a script - and schedule you service calls that fall into a 4 hour window, and not only does nobody show up as you wait in your home (as if your time is worthless), but not one person calls you to tell you nobody is showing up. This has now gone on for 6 days straight, and yet not one engineer has been up that burnt out pole to fix it. The pole stays idle, our services on our whole block stays out, and the robot agents haven't one clue of what is going on. All in all I'd say that incompetent is putting it lightly. in my opinion the company should have a class action law suit on their hands and/or should be shut down completely for failing their loyal customers this badly. Horribly frustrating. I forgot to mention that they credit you a measly $5 dollars a day to cover the time you've spent waiting for nobody to show, the level of frustration and stress they cause you because you get nowhere with any agent or supervisor except more choreographed apologies, and the loss of money you get because you can not work from home with no internet service!!! Pathetic and I highly recommend that NOBODY choose this service provider or any that they now own. A monopoly of sheer frustration. Here's a picture of that burnt out pole and notice not one engineer is shown attempting any kind of solution or fix. Thanks for nothing, useless service provider, except for raising all our blood pressures.

The worst customer service ever, very incompetent in every way. From technicians to customer service to billing.

And to think people trust them with their alarm monitoring. And their isn't anyone to blame but ourselves for using this service.

Since August 2015, my mobile device has had numerous issues. (1) The phone overheats. This has been an ongoing problem with Galaxy Note 3's. AT&T is well aware of these issues. (2) The volume button does NOT work. Many days I have to turn this device off and on several times to get the volume button to work. This issue has been going on with this phone since I had it. (3) The phone is left on the charger over-night and the next day, this mobile device is still NOT charged. I have to constantly charge this phone. AT&T said they would send me a new battery and a new sim card that is yet to happen. At this point, it won’t do any good, this phone is a piece of ***. (4) The battery drains very quickly. This device does NOT have 7 hours of talk time as AT&T claims. (5) Often, the wi-fi does NOT work on this device. (6) Often the phone just dies and the screen displays emergency calls only. The phone went out this morning for over an hour. A very rude Malesia from AT&T corporate's office contacted me and said she doesn't care who I report my issues to, AT&T is NOT going to replace this phone. She stated that I can contact the FCC everyday if I like and they are NOT going to do anything. I have her words on tape. AT&T should be made to stand behind their products. AT&T sold me this device knowing the Samsung Galaxy Note 3's had many issues. They could care less, they are only concerned with their bottom line.
