I cancelled service and got an email to that effect but it didn't actually happen so they are charging me. here is the email they sent me then 20 days later I get a notice for bill for $89.02, what a burn.

I'm having the same problem with them. Only they keep autopaying on my closed account. It's a great way to make money for them
