I called and paid $15 for assistance with a computer problem. The tech resolved the issue, however, I continued to get billed every month thereafter. I called and tried to cancel, but they could find my account. So, I have been unable to stop the monthly charge of $15.
I have called them over 10 times, and after waiting on hold for over 45 minutes to reach a tech, they can't find any account or information that they are charging me.
I have disputed the last 5 months charges with my bank, and they have credited my account, but, they cannot stop the charges from continually occurring.
I am at a loss for what to do next.
