I was promised $40 per month for internet service and they billed me $60 per month. I have been on the phone with them for about an hour and still holding.
I chatted with someone for an hour yesterday. The problem is still not resolved. Even if it gets resolved, I hope this doesn’t happen every month. They are clearly trying to make me as frustrated as they can and agree to pay whatever they charge.
Such a large company and such a big cheat. At the end they won’t have to suffer at all.
Even if I sue them in the court, they will say it was a mistake. I wish there were regulations to punish them for every billing mistake; because they are all intentionally made mistakes.
