Good morning, Im on a plan with my father John. My name is Stephanie, I went into your store because I just paid off my installment phone and was upgrading.
I made an appt at the orange city retailer store a female with long black hair helped me and became very very rude. When I would ask questions she would be short and insensitive she then refused to help me and said she was going in the back to sit down. I waited for 10min because the other 2 workers were talking to one another. Finally a gentlemen helped me I couldnt pick out the phone I wanted because they kept saying ooo I bet its not in stock and yet they werent going to look.
I just had to settle for what they were willing to grab from the back.
Im extremely upset for how poorly I was treated and wasnt even able to see if the phone I wanted was in stock. I was notified there would be a 30$ activation fee on the bill and I truly believe that needs to be waived considering the poor and absolute disgraceful customer service I received
User's recommendation: Don’t go to this store maybe even switch providers AT&T has no incentive cause they don’t care about customers.
Preferred solution: I would like to have my 30$ activation waived on acct least you can do for being treated like trash.
ATT Pros: It was awefull, That i thought i was being taken care of.
ATT Cons: Beligerence, Greedy sales reps, Bad service.
