We have had services for a little over 3 months and have had nothing but issues. Autopay was set up but phones get disconnected monthly with AT&T stating that Autopay was not set up. Bank statements had to be taken to the office to show that in fact, it was set up....

Hold time is ridiculous, no crossed trained reps and having to be cold transfered to another department, no warm transfer leaving to customer to have constantly repeat thier issue. On the phone for 40min, including the 15min of hold time while being transfered

Ok, get it back or we, TOOOO will be changing carriers. I would think you had lost enough people already that you would have brought it back before now. This is ridiculous! It's expensive enough what we're paying and then you take it away from us? I don't think so! There are too many other carriers to go to than to stick around with your lack of caring about your customers!
