Att shut off sim

Att shut off cell phone sim yo force customers to upgrade, spent 1 hour getting SIM switched back on. This is a customer service nightmare for att. I will be looking for a new service as I upgrade, and att is now the last choice. I know around 12 to 15 people all dreading the switch, and they will all get a message from me not to use att.go

To Unlock the device

My phone is under someones account and I dont have access to the account..Currently i am outside of the USA for 3 months and I want to unlock the device so that i can use different SIM card hereI let the account holder know that i was traveling abroad and told him to unlock my phone but it turned out he didnt do it I am willing to pay off for my device without being him involved and get my phone unlocked

Issue with costumer service

Trying to change providers. First said it would be 48 hrs to unlock phone - then said 72hours. Spent almost 2 hours on phone without getting anyone that could help It took 5 & 1/2 days to resolve issue along with letting me keep my current phone number I have used att over 10 years and didnt get good customer service Also when my husband died over 6 years ago asked to remove his social security number - never was done a good thing I still had his card to get the number so I could deal with the account

For my new cellphone

No communication on the phone that was order after the date it was supposed to be sent. I believe they lied to me.Then they wanted me to pay another sales tax on a different phone. Then I stayed on the phone for over 2 hours and 4 days later for them to let me know that information. Not a good start for new service. They should be giving me a appreciation for being so patient and taking my time. My time is very important to me.

Repair wall hold behind ATT Pedestal

Customer service has no interest in quality improvement.

I was going to politely complain about frequent "commercial breaks" and a few other issues such as the huge number of adds, which make it hard to follow anything for more than a miinute or two. I had a call back after 9 minutes had passed. The Spanish-speaking lady said I had to contact the owners of the particular program that I found annoying. Obviously, she had no interest in customer satisfaction, and she said that the company had no department to pay any attention to customer complaints. Now I am going to look for other TV/wireless providers. David Wesner, Shaker Hts., Ohio.

Payment of Bill

Account # 578151****49 Since you turned this over to a collection agency, I paid this off. It was a little over $122.00. However, within 30 days I will move my other services I have with AT & T to other providers, which consists of two lines on a Prepaid plan, and my fiber internet. The two lines on the prepaid plan is $94.50 a month, and the internet is $90.00 a month, totaling $184.50. You will lose this payment when I close my accounts, all because AT & T screwed up and did not cancel a data plan when I asked, and continued to charge my card for at least a year afterwards before I caught it, even though there was never any data used. So goodbye, AT & T!

Cancel services

We canceled our service with att but you all are still taking money out of our account when we have service with us cellular now. After we canceled with you the first month you took out over 300 dollars and now we have another 80 dollars again. We want to know why you all are still taking payments from us about service we don't have. This one was epay for 80.00. We want some answers and our money back or we are getting some help to get this resolved. Thank you

I just spent the last hour and 20 minutes on the phone back and forth between 4 reps disputing a bogus bill for service I did not receive.....because I had cancelled my service...and had the absolute worst customer service experience ever!!!!! Not 1 of them even...

It's not really even about the money....the fact that customer service reps were so rude and disrespectful and condescending is totally unacceptable for a company like att!!! Not who I'd want representing my company!!!!!

NEVER ENDING BILL

I have not had cell phones on At&t for MONTHS, two of the phones since December or January and the last one was taken off around 4-5 months ago... I am getting billed monthly STILL! This is ridiculous. My bill keeps going up monthly. it is over $2,000 at this point. I am going to file bankruptcy and I will be contacting the communication board. I was paying close to $300 a month for NOTHING special, barely any service.

Service issues

Absolutely horrific customer service!! Been with them for years, 4 phones and home wifi and they keep giving me the run around after convincing me spending more money would fix the issue, which of course it didn't!!! Just disgusted!!
