Details
I cancelled my service and returned the equipment and it still said I owed 355.00. Then I talked to them and they were able to get rid of only 142.00. I said to them what about the other 200 and some thing. They tried saying I cancelled my service early and my contract was already up that is why I had to pay close to 100 a month. I was only paying 47 a month. I told them I didn't want the service no more since it is 100 a month. Soi anyway my service is cancelled but yet I still owe over 200. I told them oh helllllllllllllll nooooooooooooo. I also told them I will be cancelling my wireless with them too because they rip people off too much.

I shoudn't have to pay more then 200 for service when my contract was already done. There shouild not be a damn early termination fee when I have had the service for a year and that is why my monthly payment went up.

Do not sign up for AT&T Direct TV offer. I signed up at Puyallup fair and it turned to be the worst deal of my life.

There was fraud, misleading lying, communication problems. Do not fall for this scam like I did, you will be sorry.

Will never go back to AT&T for cell service! What a rip-off!!!!!! Illegally added insurance to my bill and didn't notice until a few months ago as it was on the last page of my.bill. Reported them to the FCC. Switched to Verizon and my bill is almost 50 percent less!!!!!!

Ive been living on the same llace 16 years. Cell phone service is getting worse rather than better. Even when I call ATT, they kept saying so much static on the line,couldn't hear me. Well duh, thats why i called.

ATT's moving consumer to "CURRENTLY" UNWANTED & LOUSY !! First of all the BEGIN ATT page allowed consumers to customize with options, NOT AVAILABLE on CURRENTLY. Another NO OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS who are stuck with ATT phone svs because they have also SCREWED UP OUR PHONE SERVICE , AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS to CORRECT. To add to aggravation ATT will ONLY refund us by BILLING CREDITS. We've already switched Internet to XFINITY COMCAST as result of ATT LACK OF CUSTOMER SVS!!!.

ATT - 200.00 rewards visa card disqualified

Signed up to stay with att/directv. Was sent a claim number for the visa card. Checked, said it was being processed. To day it shows it was disqualified. Received no advanced notice about this or explanation as to why it was disqualified.
