For the past two months I have been getting data overage charges on my bill. I have a 30gb plan and have no idea how 30gbs get used up in a month.

For the past month, I have received over twenty text messages saying my data has been used. I have chatted with ATT several times to try to figure out the problem and no one can seem to help me. I have done nothing different in the past two months that I haven't been doing in the past two years that I have had this plan.

The customer service rep keeps telling me things I already know instead of what the problem is.

Product or Service Mentioned: Att U-verse Internet Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Customer service dept.

they're changing their plans to make the 30gb plan cheaper and we're getting rid of the overage charges.
