This is the most communication breakdown ive ever encountered..Ive been to the store twice spent hours and hours on cutomer care ,fraud ,passed and passed around ..Ive exceede my patience after 4 months and calls and just spun in circlers,DO NOT,I repeat Deal with this imcompentent so called corporation!!! I have letters and leteers of sucurity updates they failed on,they are responsible for the Frued by compromising my security..leteers stating This account is not responible,,they are holding 2 phones hostage and refuse to unlock even though the numbers are now redistubted...financial loss,unnessary time and stress on the Authoorized account holder...I will NEVER USE ANY ATT PRODUCT OR SERVICE AGAIN>>>AND TELLING EVERYONE!!!!!

Reason of review: Death of account holder.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service or post account services, Failure to resolve issue, Ignorance, Deceitful pricing, Expensive plans.

No Resonse but bills..horrible sercice,phones never work,is be satisfied if my phones were just unlocked going at em agaun!!.
