POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIED ABOUT THE OFFER.

BEAVER VALLEY STORE-WE WERE PROMISED TRADE-IN FOR PHONE WHICH WAS RELATIVELY NEW.TRADE IN CREDIT DEDUCTED FROM ACCESSORIES.
WHEN I SAID THATS GOOD BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY TERMINATION FEE TO PREVIOUS PROVIDER, KEVIN SAID WE WILL PAY THAT UP TO $600. TOOK THE FINAL BILL IN AND THEY SAID, "WE DIDNT SAY THAT. THE TRADE IN CREDIT WAS ACTUALLY FOR THE TERMINATION CONTRACT FROM PREVIOUS CARRIER." JUSTIN SAID THAT WE WERE TRYING TO GET $400! WE DIDNT HAVE IT IN WRITING SO WE WERE STUCK.
I'LL NEVER TRUST AT&T AGAIN!!!!! I'VE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOT NO HELP.
STORE MANAGER DIDN'T BELIEVE US.WE WOULD NOT HAVE EVER DEALT WITH THEM AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
