we have been customers for a lot of years. Our daughter went to college and we convinced her to use at&t.
They have consistently overcharged her every month even after talking to customer service and supposedly resolving the issue to our satisfaction. Then overcharging credit card that was on file, which was suppose to be used only one time. We are tired of the deceptive practices of att. We have 6 family members that work for them so this was not a easy decision to leave them after our contract is up.
We would rather pay more for better service. this was not the only issue we have had but is the most recent.
