20 year family plan customer January 2019 I tried to disconnect the home line I was told I could save money by excepting the free smart watch and it would lower my bill they would ship it to me three months later the order was still pending and they canceled it without notifying me after I paid three more months for that home line I finally got it canceled I gave them one more chance went to upgrade two phones their website said Bogo which We all know means buy one get one Free not buy one and pay half price on the second one after the phones arrive to my house I got a bill saying I owe on both phones at which time I told them I’ll be returning them they They received one In suggest and credited my bill the second oneThey received in August and I’m still paying for it but they told me it was sitting in a warehouse and they would expedite getting it returned so I could quit paying for it in November I don’t know how fast three months is the expedite but Still not done Then let’s talk about DIRECTV/att As an unlimited AT&T cell phone plan holder with DIRECTV you’re supposed to receive free HBO which every month they Bill you17.99 For but they only credit you back 10.99 so how was that free And you have to call monthly to get the credit DIRECTV I was the 20 year customer Too bad AT&T took over DIRECTV And when I called and asked for credit they asked me why I didn’t catch it sooner like I did something wrong because they put you on paperless billing and you don’t see your bill

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1492.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

ATT Cons: Inability to resolve my issue nor issue me credit, Lack of care on how their customers are treated.
