Deceptive service from ATT&T, try to cheat on customer
I bought a samsung GSIII from best buy this black friday and added a fourth line to my family account which was only three months old.Now when i check my account it shows i need to pay $445 for my fourth account.
There was a problem while activating my fourth line at best buy desk so the guy called att&t service and asked everything to that side. Neither the best buy guy nor the lady from att&t told me that i need to pay $445 for the fourth line.
I would never except the terms and condition if i knew this while signing the contract.Now i will sue them!!!
