Not resolved

I initially got the DSL service from AT&T in December of 2009. I told them over and over that all mail had to be sent to a mailing address that wasn't the service address.

They sent everything to the service address, so I never received it. I called a few weeks later and found out they sent my rebate to the wrong address and it was returned. They said they would resend it to the correct address and to give it 4 weeks.

About six weeks later, I called and they said they would resubmit it.

It is now April and they say that I was never eligible for the modem rebate in the first place and they "are sorry" I was promised it.

It seems this is a big ripoff. I am going to submit a BBB complaint.
