agreed to bundle approx 2 years ago....never received 150.00 rebate
got discussed and just quit trying .... was promised everything from
"it will be in the mail next week" to "I will have someone call you asap"
took over a year to have all charges on one bill and not seperate
Have to talk to multiple people re: service....."different dept for each service" IE: home phone / internet / cell phone / TV
I've never know any company to give such a run around....different answers from everyone you talk to.
I could write a diary about trying to get questions and concerns addressed
Have spent as long as 2 hours on the phone with these people
thank goodness contract is about to be over
I pitty the elderly who may have to deal with this kind of service
