Appt was scheduled for 4-8 pm. Then I got an email stating it would be 8 pm.
Even the recording to follow up on status of appt said 8 pm. Then I got another text stating they showed up early and so sorrow can’t make it for another .24 hrs.
This happens to be on 12/24 so I get to miss church with family because of the email they sent. My security system also connected to WiFi but of no concern to att.
