They did not show up when they said they would, then sent a man late and he did not hook up internet. Called numerous times and they say they did not have an order for the internet.
Then they didn't send anyone out for internet, just decided to call them and had to do that over the phone.
No one called, to let us know they would be late, No one offered to compensate us..
My husband stayed home all morning to wait for them and no show.
Now they say the system is having trouble updating so I have to pay full price for a few months and then get credited?? We should be compensated!
