ATT - DIDN'T SEND ME THE RIGHT INTERNET CONNECTION
I ordered a wireless internet connection thru Att and they were suppose to send me the modem, which they did not.When the installer came and was asked was he installing a wireless connection he stated that he was.
When I discovered that he didn't I called Att to discuss this problem and was on the phone for a total of eight hours within a two period and the end result was that I have to pay another $75 to fix their mistake.I don't think that I should have to pay this inorder to fix their mistake.
