Cannot talk to the reps.about the bill. Always getting a different price every month.

Rep give people the run around about the bill. When signing a contract and a month or two when you get a bill it is different from the one you sign. Also the contract you sign and you will be *** like everyone I know you cannot sue Direct TV or ATT cause it's in the contract and later your bill is more than what you sign up for your going to be really pissed off. The employees act like there helping but their not they are giving you runaround and send you from one operator to another.

What I'm trying to say is go with a service that won't bully you like ATT and Direct TV. They have an open check book to charge the consumers because like I said you can't sue them but you can file a complaint to the FCC. The problem is hardly anyone files a complaint. Also ATT brought Direct TV for too much and are taking it out on the consumers.

Best bet is to get a modem or a phone to tether a Roku or similar device for the same channels as dtv or go to YouTube and subscribe to there service.

Much cheaper and you won't get the runaround. Thank U

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: Promises of there services for a price but latter changes, I thought i was being taken care of.

I didn't like: Att direct tv false advertisement overcharges cannot sue.
