I cancelled my Direct tv service because of a huge increase in the monthly bill.I was no longer under contract.

I returned the equipment in a timely manner. Then I received a final bill instead of a credit. I do not owe a final bill. Direct tv bills forward.

They do not bill after usage. I have spent untold hours talking to customer assistance to no avail.

They are turning the account over to collections.BEWARE of this company.
