I disconnected Uverse service on Nov 2015 due to poor customer service, inaccurate billings, outages to internet, repeated missed service calls. I didn't pay the last bill and resolved the dispute 2 years ago wiith DirectTV who was the billing agent for the combined Dish / Uverse service.

ATT took the 2 year old bill and assigned it to collection on Jun 2017. I have spent countless hours to resolve this.

No one there cares. If ever there is class action law suit against them, please count me in as a witness who can shed a lot of light on thus terrible company with terrible customer support.
