ATT - Do not assume you are under warranty because the salesperson tells you so
I purchased a new prepaid pantech phone from ATT store.The phone would not charge properly.
I do not know if it is the phone or the charger. I went to the ATT store where I bought it and they gave me a warranty department phone number to call. Then they connected me to Pantech who said i would have to buy a new one.
I am not even sure it is the charger or that the problem is the phone.
After several attempts to get help, I found out NO ONE will satisfy the warranty.I was also told to NEVER purchase a Pantech phone, and ATT is who sold the phone to me in the first place.
