I purchased a new prepaid pantech phone from ATT store. The phone would not charge properly.

I do not know if it is the phone or the charger. I went to the ATT store where I bought it and they gave me a warranty department phone number to call. Then they connected me to Pantech who said i would have to buy a new one.

I am not even sure it is the charger or that the problem is the phone.

After several attempts to get help, I found out NO ONE will satisfy the warranty. I was also told to NEVER purchase a Pantech phone, and ATT is who sold the phone to me in the first place.

I had the same problem with Pantech. I purchased a Pantech Link 7040p from Target and it worked for about 3 months and then the phone died.

It would not take a charge or power on. I contacted Pantech and they tried to tell me to take the phone to AT&T to get warranty service.

AT&T told me to contact Pantech for warranty service. Pantech refuses to take responsibility for their product.
