I was going to ditch my cable provider togo with Direct TV, and AT&T would have been my new HSI provider.Unfortunately, the Direct TV installer was unable to install in my home withour drilling through exteral walls.

After cancelling with both Direct TV and AT&T, I later received a bill for my firs month of AT&T. Only problem, I never received service, or any way modem o use if I hadn't still been with my cable provider. When I clled to cancel, they agreed to credit all charges. Great.

Until now, 6 months later and I receive notices from a collections agency. Several calls to AT&T have gone the same way.

They need to transfer me, and I get disconnected with no call back.I would not trust a thing they tell you.
