Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I have spoken to 9 different people today and told something different each time.

Each person made promises that a technician would be out to bury a line today but that different happen. Customer service is horrible. None of them knew what the other had said so instead of taking the time to truly figure it out, they would just make another promises that would not be fulfilled. They do not care about their customers.

All they care about is getting their money each month. TAKE MY ADVICE AND USE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER!!!!!!! I told them that I wanted to file a formal complaint and was told they would make sure that was done, but I really don't believe that will happen either. My only option that I have to hopefully help someone from going through this horrible process is posting a review online.

I wish I had read the reviews before I chose to use their service.

As soon as I can I am going to have my service disconnected and find another provider. Definitely can't be any worse that AT&T!!!!
