I have had many repair people at my house looking over lines because of not getting the proper signals.I have Netflix which has to have a certain speed to run properly.
Their records show my speed goes way down from the computer streamlining. I constantly have people tell me that my phone is making all kinds of noises, so I can't even talk to them for long. I feel if I don't get proper service why should I have to pay their bill? I demand proper service.
Who can I contact? This has been going on for about a year or so without it being resolved.
They even give me another number to call so it doesn't reflect on their records it is not getting resolved.I figure if they have to run a new line and change condensers so be it.
