I have had many repair people at my house looking over lines because of not getting the proper signals. I have Netflix which has to have a certain speed to run properly.
Their records show my speed goes way down from the computer streamlining. I constantly have people tell me that my phone is making all kinds of noises, so I can't even talk to them for long. I feel if I don't get proper service why should I have to pay their bill? I demand proper service.
Who can I contact? This has been going on for about a year or so without it being resolved.
They even give me another number to call so it doesn't reflect on their records it is not getting resolved. I figure if they have to run a new line and change condensers so be it.
