Our home flooded 5 months ago and we were finally able to check our phone jacks. Of course, they did not work so we called for a repairman to come out.

I took off a half a day of work and they didn't show nor did they bother to call. Then called to complain and was on hold 30 minutes and being switched from one person to the other. We rescheduled for a Saturday again a *** no show and no contact of any kind.

We have been with AT & T from before it was At&t--it used to be Bell South---for over 40 years.. We are cancelling our landline and all of our cel phones!!!!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I will be cancelling my service. They won't care anyway but I won't be paying for service that we are not getting!!!!.
