My doorbell rang just before 2pm on Tuesday September 14th. I looked out the window to a man waving at me.
I could see he was not a neighbor but someone selling something and when I opened the door I pointed to the sign on the door that said "No Soliciting". He told me they weren't selling anything and I then asked what he wanted? In a smart *** remark he said "I want a million dollars" and mumbled something afterwards that just had me seeing red by that point. He continued to ask if anyone had been out to talk to me...blah blah blah.
I told him my husband was asleep! I wasn't interested. He continued to try and again I said "I'm not interested" He clearly WAS selling his services and I'm not an idiot! For him to stand there and flat out lie to my face takes some big ones!
He woke my husband up by ringing the bell when it clearly said no soliciting! There are reasons for things people do! Maybe your personal should be better trained!
Even a simple knock on the door would have been a better approach! Because of his attitude and his lack of empathy for me I will never chose AT&T!
User's recommendation: I dont care what other customers do.
