Calling AT&T to drop service on my grandaughters cell as she has a new account with her mother at Horizon. Call AT&T and listen to 10 or more prompts, which sends you to another bunch of prompts, then to a person who asks a bunch of questions, you get dropped twice.

After you answer the questions, you get transfered to another person you can barely hear, who asks you the same questions.

What a nightmare this process is, Then before they carry out your request they want to give you a sales pitch that goes on and on and on, you complain and are told were just giving you your options. Believe me AT&T, when contracts are up, we will discuss my options, it will be very brief and to the point.
