DSL service started going out in July. Spent hours on the phone with customer tech and they sent three technicians out. Still not fixed and I get a bill with an 85.00 charge for repair work.

One month later, still no internet and hours spent on phone with customer service and missed work. I cancelled out of frustration. I received another bill, called them and they insisted I never cancelled.

Lesson: Get a confirmation number beginning with a "D" from the rep if you cancel. Otherwise, they will keep your account active and you'll have to go through the entire process again.

I will never do business with ATT ...EVER. Nothing but headaches.

Monetary Loss: $40.
