Not resolved

Have calling for a week to get DSL service restored to my old rate of Elite@6meg.Have spoken with at least 10 people with AT&T and the last man was very sure he had the issue resolved.

Can't watch television @ 768K and hardly surf the Internet. This all started with a request to lower our service why on a vacation. I have a detailed written report day by day of who I have spoken with and can get no results.

Last resort three days ago and drove to the local repair office and spoke with a tech who said he would check into and stated that I hadn't been told the truth.Still no results, all I want is to restore my service!
