I was on hold for 12 min. to get to what is erroneously called "customer service" - "high volume", Term should be understaffing!
Dont;t After going over bill "customer service" transferred to "loyalty" now on hold for 12 min. Now on hold for 3rd time checking plan options No other options that would lower escalating cost despite being customer for 14 years. Now on hold for the 4th time for Manager to complain about wait time of what has now been more than 30 min.! I don't get paid for my waste of time.
The entire time advertising played during hold. I should have option to not listen to advertising.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
I liked: Used to have competitive rate.
