We tried to switch our service from Dish to U-verse as we hated the Dish TV reception. What a hassle we are going through and have been for a week.
This has to be the worse customer service in this world. There is something terribly wrong with this company. We ordered their cable, phone and internet bundle and have had nothing but trouble ever since. They keep changing the bundle and prices daily.
Today we got the instillation and they forgot the phone service. We haven't had phone service since last night and have been on our cell phone for the past 3 hours trying to get someone who knows what they are doing to help us. We are still on hold as I write this. The plan should have been $119.99 for the bundle of 3 things.
Now we have no phone and they have us billed for over $500.00!
We are so very frustrated at this point and don't know where to turn. Anyone thinking of using this company should think twice and run the other way!
