ATT never contacted me that they were planning to turn my service off... for a bill that was only 12 days past due.

I called ATT because I had no phone, internet, or tv service in my house. When I called, I was told my services had been turned off because my account was past due. 12 days is NOT past due enough to turn off someones services and then charge them $90 to turn the services back on. According to the manager I spoke with, you only need to be 1 day late and they can turn your services off and charge you a reconnect fee.

The staff is rude and very inconsiderate!! What happened to the great service I used to get when it was SBC?
