If you thought customer service was hard to reach before, they have now implemented AI to attend to you, not a real live agent. This has created a whole new level of frustration for their customers.

I spent an infinite amount of time trying to navigate through their prompts to reach an agent to discuss my revamped unauthorized billing charges. Better watch your bills closely because there is some switch and baiting going on. Ive been a customer of theirs since the early 1990's and I am growing weary of their questionable tactics.

My bill last month was $189, this month $275 with nothing new on my end. I know its time to take a serious look into some other companies who are offering much more service for much less money.

User's recommendation: Not recommending.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

ATT Pros: Service area.

ATT Cons: Everything else, Cost, No customer service.
