Frustrated-disappointed. I have had a good experience with AT&T over the past few years.
Unfortunately when I had an issue I was given the wrong information. The issue had caused significant disruption in my service. They told me they would do something-a significant discount-and then later would not give any type of discount whatsoever for all the trouble I had endured. The worst part about it was it took them over two hours to realize that they would do absolutely nothing for me.
Misinformed most likely-perhaps accidentally missed lead -and then incompetence to not give me the resolution sooner. I am frustrated and disappointed in AT&T
