Have been a customer of At&t for over 30yrs, have had roadside for over 20yrs, called for a tow was given the run around is putting it mildly, waited over 2 hours for them to tell me it would be an additional $73, for a tow, when it use to be up to 100 miles, now its up to $75 , but they all tell you something different, i have used them and never had to pay anything, and when you question this fee, you are told someone will call you back and they don't, i will be canceling Roadside first thing in the morning.

signed up with direct 6-12-2019 ordered service for house and motor home. told receiver was free Left on trip 2 weeks later and receiver for motor home wouldn't work. Came home cancelled service less than 30 days and direct is trying to charge $480.00 and $199.00 for receiver that won't work. Do I have recourse like stop payment on credit card ?

Yep, I was hoodwinked as well. Never got the discounts they promised, my free phone they started charging me $9 a month for, never got my $300 gift card, and they never told me about a $35 a month "Access Fee".

My less than $45 a month phone bill now cost me $88 a month. I'll never do business with them again...

Tried to get my Siri to have a voice back but all I get is an option to text. I go to AT and T stores, no one will help me or explain why features I had initially suddenly disappear. I get COP OUT answers.

The matter is NOT Resolved. I just typed out a rather lengthy up-date and it just mysteriously disappeared and this site keeps trying to say it is resolved. I will try again later, but no, as much as the slick people at ATT want it to disappear, it is not resolved.

In my situation involving AT&T and SunTrust Bank it was finally determined(with a lot of time spent) that AT&T was the culprit all along. After my sending a letter to the AT&T Presidents office I was contacted by one of the employees to apparently be assured that it was all my fault and there was nothing to be done about the fact that I have lost $20,000 paying for some ridiculous phone plan that I never signed up for.

If AT&T could show me that I did indeed authorize the monthly deduction I suppose the matter would be settled. They didn't. They also said I should have contacted them sooner. I did attempt to contact them several times to no avail.

Pardon me for having a stroke and being found disabled by the Social Security Administration during these years. I really did not realize this problem was still going on! Un-limited long distance?? I don't remember the last time I called long distance and would have no use for such a plan.

Anyway, the matter is not resolved. I primarily want to say that SunTrust was not at fault, indeed they were very helpful in the investigation of the situation.

ATT in Griffin, Georgia - Waste of Time

I purchased a home and asked for internet service only and was approved. I was given a work order number to confirm the date and time of installation. I’ve called to inquire after they missed the appointment which has been almost 2 months now and still no service. I was told the last tenant was behind and service was suspended. I asked how this affected me the no service rep. asked me to contact the last tenant to ask them to pay the bill and they would grant me service.
