ATT periodically just locks my password for no obvious reason. This is a pain in the *** if I am traveling and forget to take along my passcode and challenge questions cheat sheet.
In fact, it is down right dangerous for me to be without internet even for an hour in a foreign country. Need a better way to do this ATT!!!! I am so tired of your BS. If you want to have a passcode changed, just notifiy me by email and ask me to do it within a 24 or 48 hour timeframe...don't just lock it.
Someone is going to sue you over this one of these days, and I hope it is sooner than later. Your current methods are not safe or efficient for customers.
