we cancelled after being a good paying customer for years. our bill was always paid on time - cell, home phone, internet and tv.
they send us a statement that shows a credit every month now for the last 3 months and refuse to send us the money they owe us. customer service hangs up or says they will transfer us only to wait on the phone for hours. now they keep telling us that it will be here in 7-10 biz days. they have been telling us that for months.
they just wont send us the money they owe us!
we will cancel all of our cell phones next. I want to add late charges like they do to people who are a little late with their bills.
